An exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join a busy Private Client department based in Havant.
The successful candidate will be handling and assisting with administration tasks, which includes client service and providing support to the department in overseeing a diverse range of Private Client work.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 12 months office experience required in legal work setting with exposure to Private Client work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to delegated tasks
- Willingness to assist the department in managing a varied Private Client caseload
- Organised and possess excellent client-facing skills
- Confident in call handling due to a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries
