Howden Joinery is looking for a Template and installation Coordinator to join our team based at our manufacturing site in Normanton, West Yorkshire, where we produce and manufacture bespoke stone worktops.
As a Template and Installation Coordinator, you will work across two teams and be responsible for coordinating the template and installation teams for Howden Work Surfaces.
What will you be doing as a Template and Installation Coordinator:
- Acting as the point of contact for the template and Installation departments, ensuring coordination between both teams
- Set up and maintain accurate system information for each template and installation to include any customer-specific requirements
- Produce and issue clear, concise instructions for the installations team attending every job, including any customer-specific requirements or information
- Ensure "right 1st time" for Work Surfaces installation
- Record information on the company CRM at all stages of the installation.
What do you need to Qualify for the Template and Installation Coordinator:
- At least 3 years of coordination or administration experience in a busy office environment is essential
- The ability to communicate across different levels within the business and remain calm under pressure.
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
- Strong communication skills – both written & verbal
- Effectively work under pressure and achieve results
- Good listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, being flexible to meet customer and business needs
- The ability to thoroughly investigate and overcome potential problems in a timely manner
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
