Description

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to drive client leads, candidate sourcing, and profitable revenue growth for priority and growth countries.
  • Serve as a marketing business partner for local operations leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Director to create and prioritise effective marketing programs across various channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Balance investment in B2C, B2B, and employer branding programs based on operational needs.
  • Ensure consistent Customer Value Proposition and brand messaging across the market.
  • Work with local agencies for public relations, research, and other marketing activities.
  • Provide business reporting to local operations and leadership teams, and share local best practices globally to create scalable programs.
