Billing Administrator

A renowned law firm based in central London, specialising in the media, entertainment, and technology sectors, is seeking a Billing Administrator to join their growing team. Paying up to £28,000 plus an extensive benefits package, the company are seeking an entry level candidate who is looking to carve out a career in the finance sector!

This would really suit a school/ college or university leaver who is at the beginnings of their career. The company are not looking any for experience in particular, it will be down to your attitude, genuine passion and eagerness to succeed.

This will be a 5 day a week in the office role, due to the extensive on-the-job training that will be provided.

Duties will include the following:

  • Finalising invoices and credit notes in the financial system
  • Loading invoices to various client's systems for invoice processing
  • Managing the invoice mailbox and responding to queries
  • Arranging bank transfers
  • Following month end close, reviewing work-in-progress (WIP) reports
  • Liaise with Fee Earners on WIP over 90 days old to determine if billable
  • Check that comments from previous month's reviews have been actioned
  • Assist with WIP write offs/retrospective WIP to bill allocations
