Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a strong Sales Manager to join our global client based in Portsmouth.
Ideally my client is looking for someone who has experience as a Sales Manager, managing a small team
Duties include:
- Lead the sales process from start to finish
- Implement new sales strategies and KPI's across the team
- Lead the sales team from the front, closing deals and developing leads
- Provide sales training and 1-1 support to the team
- Motivate the sales team
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
Ideally you will:
- Have experience in a Sales Management role or similar leadership role
- Have experience in growing a sales team
- Have experience of the whole sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
