Are you a Production Manager with a background in ceramics looking for the opportunity to join a luxury independent ceramics company that offers a variety of company benefits and encourages progression?
On offer is the unique opportunity to join an employee-owned ceramics company that has an online shop and supplies into a variety of industries such as the design industry for architectural projects and interior design.
In this varied role you'll oversee a small team of ceramic artists and play a huge part in the creation and production of an array of bespoke projects. You will be an exceptional communicator that is required to liaise with clients and suppliers as well as manage the overall production of the workshop. This is a 9:00-5:30 Monday-Friday role that rewards its employees with 28 days holiday plus Christmas paid leave.
This role is suited to Production Manager with a ceramic background who is looking for a role with plenty of progression opportunities in a Mon-Fri position with company benefits.
