I am excited to be partnering with a fast-growing medical devices manufacturer, who has already established themselves on an international scale and are looking for an experienced end-to-end operations specialist to join their team, and take their operations to the new heights. They have already built a robust e-commerce presence, whilst also continuing to expand within the b2b space.

About the role:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain operations, including supply and demand planning, inventory management, logistics and distribution, customer service, continuous improvement, quality, and systems and data optimisation.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 5 direct reports, with a total team size of 25 professionals, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Drive improvements across demand accuracy, production capabilities, inventory levels and fulfilment; whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Manage 3rd party manufacturing, logistics and warehousing relationships; whilst identifying and driving improvements to unlock efficiencies and optimisations.
- Manage in-house and external customer service operations, for both B2B and B2C channels, and build effective relationships with key customers.
- Support and lead the wider operational areas including HR, health and safety, quality, and regulatory.
About you:
- Proven experience in end-to-end business operations, ideally with experience operating within businesses that have adopted omnichannel strategy.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing relationships with key B2B and e-commerce customers such as Amazon.
- Fantastic stakeholder management skills and strong ability to influence and drive change.
- Analytical with experience working with planning systems, and great focus on driving continuous process improvements.
- Experience managing 3rd party relationships and optimising supply chain networks.
