THE ROLE:
Your day to day work, alongside being a tech hero, will include supporting their clients across a range of technologies to assist with troubleshooting, change requests, system builds, routine maintenance and monitoring client's networks.
- Development of client's network services
- Undertaking small-scale project work
- Assisting Team members on larger IT projects
- Building, servicing and repairing client devices on the workbench
- Quoting for clients
- Liaising with clients and colleagues
- Identifying opportunities for growth
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous IT support experience is not required if you can demonstrate a strong interest in IT.
- Excellent customer service skills
- A wonderful telephone manner and good writing skills
- Keen to continue learning
- Local to Enfield, North London.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £22,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
