Some Duties:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of commercial disputes, including contract breaches, partnership disagreements, shareholder disputes, and other business-related conflicts.
  • Perform in-depth legal research to understand relevant laws, regulations, and precedent cases that pertain to the specific commercial dispute at hand.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies tailored to each individual case, aiming to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
  • Prepare various legal documents such as complaints, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings necessary for the progression of the litigation process.
  • Engage in negotiation discussions with opposing parties or their legal representatives, aiming to reach settlements or resolutions that are favorable to the client's interests.

About the Candidate:

  • Possess 1-6 years of post-admission experience in disputes.
  • Hold qualification in England & Wales.
  • Have attained at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) degree from a distinguished university.
  • Bring experience from a top-tier law firm or chambers to the table.
