We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating property transactions by ensuring all legal requirements are met. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in managing the conveyancing process effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the entire conveyancing process from initiation to completion, including drafting contracts and conducting thorough property searches.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions to ensure clear communication and timely progression.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on properties to identify and address any legal issues that may impact the transaction.
  • Prepare and meticulously review legal documents related to property transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Stay abreast of current laws and regulations affecting property transactions to provide informed guidance and support to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Conveyancer.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and software related to conveyancing processes.
  • Exceptional time management abilities to meet critical deadlines efficiently.
