Overseeing 4 compliance analysts this role requires strong communication skills able to liaise with people at all levels within the firm on order to gather information but also to ensure that the workload of the team is completed on time and against the appropriate internal deadlines. You'll be someone who has really good organisational skills able to prioritise workloads of not just yourself but your team, you'll be highly experienced in KYC and CDD and be able to interpret AML regulations to ensure compliance and implement change when necessary.
