Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Demonstrated expertise working in a school or other specialised setting with children who have unique educational needs
  • An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
