Our client is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to play a pivotal role in all aspects of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Your insightful analysis will guide strategic decisions and help the business achieve its goals.

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive financial analysis that supports decision-making across the business. You'll perform regular variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial results and challenging where necessary.

You'll also be tasked with delivering budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders. Your role will extend beyond numbers as you work with other teams to develop strategies that align with our client's goals. A significant part of your role will involve developing a deep understanding of current systems and processes, driving efficiencies wherever possible.

  • Create and share in-depth analysis to support decision-making across the business
  • Perform regular variance analysis to highlight key drivers of financial results
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and mitigate risks
  • Deliver budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Perform market analysis and benchmarking to provide context around financial performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals
  • Develop a thorough understanding of current systems and processes to drive efficiencies and improvements

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Proactive and curious mindset, willing to take on business issues and seek favourable outcomes
  • Driven individual looking for a role to develop a career in FP&A
  • Proven experience in FP&A for a multi-site business - ideally hospitality
  • Commercially minded with an ability to partner with the business and influence decisions
  • Ability to work at pace and produce high-quality work to tight deadlines
  • Continuous improvement mindset in all aspects of work
  • Qualified; ACA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Jet Reports desirable
