I am supporting a business in their search for temporary to permanent Finance Assistant. This would be suited to someone who has experience working in finance and who is looking for an immediate start.

My client is an employer based near central Nottingham, this is a fully office based role offering a great flexible approach to working.
Description
The Finance Assistant will support in the whole Accounts Payable process including but not limited to:
- Processing and scanning invoices onto the finance system
- Checking the validity of invoices and credit notes by 3 way matching (invoices to
purchase orders and goods received notes)
- Investigate and resolve supplier / payment issues
- Reconcile supplier statements to the ledger
- Other ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be immediately available and can start on short notice
- Has experience working in a busy Accounts Payable environment
- Have access to a car
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect an hourly rate of £11.50- 12.00 per hour + an immediate start + likelihood of a permanent position + generous annual leave allowance
