The Role:

With a leadership culture of empowerment, you will be rewarded for actively delivering service improvement and development. We are therefore looking for someone with the right approach and enthusiasm to take our housing service forward and support the team to develop and deliver excellent services.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will have the drive and ambition to champion and embed a culture of continuous improvement within the housing service. They will be able to manage a team of experienced officers, working collaboratively with partners to seek solutions.

Key requirements include effective communication, team-building skills, the ability and motivation to solve problems, personal credibility and an approach that builds rapport and confidence in both officers and partners.
