Lettings Manager up t £32,000 Basic salary Plus Competitive Bonus - Leamington Spa
Due to expansion plans, my client are looking to increase the existing team by taking on a Lettings Manager to run their busy Lettings department, covering Student Lettings and also Residential Lets.
This role could suit an existing Lettings manager, or someone with good stability either in Student Lettings or residential lettings at Assistant Manager level, looking for a step up.
The role will be office based predominantly as you will be the force driving the department, and leading the staff to achieve the best results for the company.
The role will be managing and developing 3 members of staff, and you must have a real passion for business development, and also the best work ethic in the business and want to make things happen, a high achiever.
The ideal candidate will be organised, and possess excellent communication and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the letting process for residential properties- Ensure all tenancy agreements and legal requirements are met- Handle tenant queries and issues promptly and professionally-
You would be the first point of call for landlords, and will build relationships long term with investors and landlords within the business.
ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
The lettings Manager will be collating the figures and making sure they report accurately to the Operations Director and MD
You will want to drive the department, and grow into the role, there will be exceptional support from the Directors to help you achieve this.
Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturday working on a rota basis.
