Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Wild Recruitment, you will be an integral part of our team, driving the full recruitment cycle from start to finish. You will manage client relationships, source, and place candidates, and contribute to the ongoing success of our Milton Keynes branch. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and business goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with our clients.
  • Job Matching: Skillfully match candidates with the right job opportunities that align with their career aspirations and client requirements.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate salary and offer negotiations, ensuring a win-win outcome for both clients and candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
