**Job Vacancy: Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA)

Start Date: September 2025
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Formby starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children's learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Assist pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis to aid their learning.
- Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and track pupil progress under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion across the classroom.
**The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Have recent experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- Be caring, patient, and proactive.
- Be confident supporting children with a range of needs.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
