Finance Assistant

Your new company
Your new company are a highly reputable and growing organisation based in Bournemouth. They are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join the team. You will be part of a friendly, small team working with an array of exciting clients. This is a remote position and can be either part-time or full time.

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of clients and managing all aspects of bookkeeping. This will include processing purchase/sales invoices, debt collection, processing payments and bank reconciliations. You will also support with completing VAT returns, payroll and management accounts as well as other general administration duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have worked in a similar busy finance Assistant role and ideally have experience with Xero or Quickbooks. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player who enjoys working in a "hands on" environment. You will be an excellent communicator, able to manage your own workload and prioritise to meet deadlines.
