We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Bracknell,. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for the Spanish language and culture and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.
Day to day of the role:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations, ensuring they are well-equipped to achieve their best results.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that caters to a diverse student body.
- Participate in school events and contribute to extracurricular activities, enhancing the cultural and linguistic experience for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- A degree in Spanish or a related field is required.
- Proven experience teaching Spanish at the secondary level.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to manage classroom activities and administrative tasks effectively.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering student success and enthusiasm for the subject.
