Are you passionate about helping people and finding solutions?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, fixed term basis for 6 months.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our contact centre, assisting customers with a variety of needs-whether it's processing payments, setting up payment plans, or resolving queries. You will start with handling inbound and outbound calls and progress through our development pathways to manage live chat, email, and letter correspondence.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in handling and resolving difficult situations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent phone manner and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
