Ryder Reid is looking to recruit a hard-working and eager Receptionist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis. The working hours for this position will vary between 8am - 6pm on a shift basis.
The duties for the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring visitors and clients are received in a professional manner.
- Signing in visitors.
- Being a main point of contact for visiting attorneys.
- Arranging catering for meetings.
- Maintaining a clean & tidy reception area.
- Answering calls and directing accordingly, as well as taking full and accurate messages.
- Handling taxi and reservation requests.
- Assisting with administration tasks when required.
