A thriving company are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team**.** The Helpdesk Administrator role involves acting as first point of call to clients, raining and issuing works and providing administrative support to the wider team.

- 9am - 5.30pm
Helpdesk Administrator responsibilities:
- Provide reactive maintenance helpdesk service to clients across the UK
- Provide administrative support across a range of client facing tasks.
- Raise and issue out reactive calls received via email, telephone and fax
- Issue works and purchase orders to Engineers and sub-contractors
- Chase for relevant works updates and relay to clients accordingly
- Update internal and external client systems with relevant notes and job status updates
- Produce reports as and when required
- Manage own pool of brands
- Process contractor invoices
Helpdesk Administrator competencies
- Previous experience/exposure to the facilities maintenance industry
- Ability to work within a high pressure environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (especially Word and Excel)
