Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join us, to work on senior HR roles across Suffolk and Essex. The ideal candidate will have recent, demonstrable success in placing managerial, business partner and leadership-level candidates, will know this region well and may have had HR recruitment experience (but this isn't essential).

You'll be happy setting and achieving your priorities each week and you will be confident in building relationships with business leaders to generate placements through new and existing contacts. If you are as committed to client relationships as you are to achieving your sales goals, then we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Life Cycle Recruitment
  • Client Acquisition and Client Partnership
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Candidate Preparation
  • Problem Solving and Innovation

Why join us?

We're a small team: This means you have the responsibility of developing your own network and building your business pipeline, but it also means you develop long-term client and candidate relationships and you have the autonomy to make decisions about how best to support them.

We work flexibly: Our current pattern is to work together in the office for one day a week, and the rest of the week is wherever you do your best work.

We work sole agency: We work on quality, not quantity and avoid multi-agency recruitment. What this also means though, is that there's a greater focus on your relationship building, negotiation and diplomacy skills.

We are guts over gloss: We provide honest feedback and guidance to both clients and candidates, and pride ourselves on our professionalism and responsiveness. What this also means though, is that we all muck in to make sure that everything from database updates to our annual events are a true team effort.

If you are looking for a recruitment agency role that combines opportunity with flexibility, then we'd love to hear from you.
