Litigation Solicitor/Debt Recovery Professional
Salary: Competitive. Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm
Hybrid working, flexible start/finish time
Location - Northwest
My client is a highly established Legal 500 Law Firm in the Northwest who are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor who has exposure in Debt Recovery matters.
The Litigation Solicitor role will include:
- Working on a range of Finance, Local Authority and Housing
- Acting for councils across England and Walles.
- Ideally candidates with Professional Negligence or Debt Recovery exposure required.
- Managing own caseload, recovering unpaid council tax, and business rates.
The Ideal candidate:
- Qualified - Experience in either Dispute Resolution | Debt Recovery or Professional Negligence.
- Excellent relationship experience.
- Strong litigation exposure
