Juice Recruitment is excited to be partnering with an innovative marketing agency, with an international portfolio of clients, in their search for a talented Middleweight Graphic Designer.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced designer with a passion for branding and visual storytelling, looking to make a significant impact across a range of exciting projects.

If you have a strong portfolio, 3+ years of design experience, and a drive to produce outstanding creative work, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating impactful brand identities: Develop and deliver logos, imagery, infographics, and website visuals that excite and engage clients.
  • Designing high-quality collateral: Produce marketing materials, slide decks, brochures, and proposals that showcase the client's brand.
  • Social media content creation: Design eye-catching content for social media, including photography, infographics, and motion graphics.
  • Editorial design: Create editorial layouts for both print and digital media, ensuring visual consistency and impact.
  • Motion graphics: Design assets for marketing films, including overlays, titles, and short motion sequences.
  • Managing print production: Oversee the production process for printed materials, liaising with suppliers and ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.

What You'll Bring

  • A business or design qualification (degree or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in graphic design, either in an agency or in-house.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work, from branding to digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential, along with advanced skills in creating social media content and collateral.
  • Experience with UI/UX design, motion graphics, and print production is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, working with different teams and departments to deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Experience in presenting design ideas and contributing to pitches is a plus.
