The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years Sales Negotiator experience. A good understanding of the estate agency sales process and with a drive to succeed through hard work & ambition. My client has a tremendous work ethic and a fantastic opportunity to progress up the career ladder.

- Great negotiation skills & strong understanding of the sales process,
- Possess excellent communication and people skills,
- Have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
Your Duties as SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE/VALUER Would Include
- Booking & attending valuations,
- Winning new instructions,
- Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitors,
- Proactively working with the team to grow market share,
- Meeting targets and performance standards for negotiating and agreeing property sales.
Package
- OTE up to £45k+
- Basic salary £23k- £25k (DOE) + Commission + Quarterly branch reward scheme + Call Performance bonus
- Car allowance £2000pa (Plus petrol allowance paid for travel mileage at 45p per mile)
- 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week) - 9am-6pm working days (Saturday hours 9am-5pm)
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (1 Additional day added per year after 5 years' service, up to 5 additional days)
- Optional pension scheme
- Support package to gain Propertymark NAEA/ARLA qualification
