Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Finance Director (FD) to join on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial stability and strategic growth of the company during this period of transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead financial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Implement and optimise financial systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Director, preferably within the infrastructure industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
