Role: Network Engineer | £600 Inside IR35 | 6 months

Location: London (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support complex multi-site LAN/WAN network solutions (primarily Cisco-based)
- Advanced understanding of routing, switching, and secure network technologies (Access control, NGFW, IDS/IPS, IPSEC/SSL encryption)
- Troubleshooting and problem diagnosis
Platform Experience:
- Cisco: Branch/Edge Routers, Nexus Switches (5-7K), Adaptive Security Appliances
- F5: Local & Global Load-balancers
- Protocols: MPLS, QOS, Secure/Resilient Routing, Mobile communications
Desirable Skills:
- Juniper Firewalls (highly desirable)
- Web Application/Next-gen Firewalls (Barracuda, Palo Alto)
- Unix/Linux knowledge, SAN/FCOE implementation, Fibre networks
- Tools: SolarWinds Orion, CiscoWorks LMS, SNMPv3, Web Filtering (Websense)
