Salary Range: Basic Salary £28-30,000 OTE £50-60K
Location: Chelmsford, UK

Role Overview: The Sales Manager/Lister will be at the forefront of our client's property operations, playing a pivotal role in acquiring new property listings and maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of market-ready homes. The Sales Manager/Lister will provide exceptional service to clients looking to sell their properties. The Sales Manager/Lister will use their expertise in the local property market, combined with strong sales and negotiation skills, to help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Seek out and connect with potential clients using diverse methods, such as direct outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Property Appraisals: Perform accurate and professional property valuations to provide clients with realistic and competitive market pricing.
  • Listing Management: Prepare and present thorough and attractive property details for listings.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the team to create and uplift the buyers' imagination for property listings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain robust client relationships, offering regular updates and feedback throughout the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on local property market trends and developments.
  • Negotiation: Assist in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all clients involved.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in estate agency or a related field is a bonus but not essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, and communication; adept at rapidly establishing rapport with clients; highly organised.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the property market and relevant legislation.
  • Licenses: Valid UK driving license.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.45 - 6pm / Saturdays on a rota with time off in the week.
