We are currently working with a well known financial services business based in the South West who are looking for a Lending Operations Manager to join them for a 12 month fixed term role. This role offers Hybrid working and is looking for someone to start immedialtey.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategy and business plans
- Suggesting/reviewing efficiency of processes and procedures
- Providing training, development and mentoring of staff
- Ensure regulatory reporting is completed in a timely manner
- Oversee relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and prioritising workloads
- Delivering Lending Operations team objectives and targets in providing excellent customer service, accurate record keeping and timely implementation of all lending operations.
