Job Advert: Quality Manager

Are you passionate about maintaining high-quality standards? Do you have a knack for problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Manager to join our client's dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review customer feedback and address any quality concerns in a timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Utilise tools such as the 8D problem-solving methodology and Ishikawa diagrams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer-specific requirements are met throughout the production process.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance quality control throughout the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
  • Strong understanding and experience in implementing and managing a QMS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to dig deep into complex issues.
  • Proficient in utilising various quality tools and techniques, such as 8D and Ishikawa diagrams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members to achieve quality objectives.
