A fantastic Property Management company is looking for their next keen Property Manager to become a part of their growing company!
This position offers an exciting opportunity for development within the property management industry for a well-established company. You will work closely with experienced professionals in an friendly office environment, to gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of property management.
You will gain fantastic exposure to the procedures, compliance and regulations of day-to-day Property Management. This includes going on site visits, completing inspections, liaising with tenants / landlords / contractors / other members of the team, and so much more!
A successful candidate will have very little experience within the property industry and seeking career progression and stability.
Salary starts at £26,000 (+ bonus + benefits) on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance for travel which is just added onto your yearly salary!
As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your TPI paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion!
