We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Architecture Team Lead to work for a global firm based in Glasgow. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the Architecture team and providing Enterprise Architecture guidance and governance internally.
The Architect Team Lead will also work as part of the team to design, document and facilitate the implementation of application, technology and enterprise architecture through the various IT teams and technology partners which will support the overall business strategy.
Key skills and experience:
- Requirements definition; both functional and non-functional - across software, systems, processes, products or services
- Leadership; Challenges the status quo, leads and empowers team members to develop knowledge, acts as a trusted advisor
- Stakeholder and client experience; Proactively builds effective working relationships across the business
Desired experience:
- TOGAF certification or knowledge of,
- Demonstrates experience in design, strategy and architecture related activities
- Expertise in many areas of IT across Infrastructure and applications ideally in a solutions or enterprise architect capacity
- Experience sizing, performance and high availability
- BC, DR and strategies
- Cloud technologies and good knowledge of IT industry trends, suppliers and products,
