Sales and Investments Manager
Mayfair, London - 5-days a week in the office
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Are you an organised and professional individual, looking to work with one of London's most prestigious private property investment firms?
This exciting new opportunity is available for a bright and capable individual with previous experience and knowledge coordinating property sales and progressing processes. This is a varied position, that will see you supporting within most areas of property investment.
Key responsibilities;
- Managing the information received during a sale or purchasing process, checking all documents carefully.
- Liaising with surveyors, lawyers, agents and purchasers to see the transaction through to completion.
- Working with agents, checking their terms of business, managing feedback and interest, relaying offers.
- Carrying out property viewings, as required.
- Creating and updating tenancy schedules.
- Collating and checking all compliance and tenancy documents.
- Overseeing real estate licence requirements for the company.
- Ahead of valuations, preparing the relevant information required, including tenancy schedules.
- Liaising with surveyors and lawyers to progress leaseholders lease extensions.
- Providing information to insurance brokers, ensuring that the correct insurance is in place at all times.
Key skills;
- Experience in the property industry, good understanding of the sales/investment process
- Professional, hardworking and organised
- Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with an excellent use of grammar and spelling
- Strong at both time keeping and time management
- Great organisational skills
- Confident in meeting clients and conducting viewings
- Analytical, with a strong focus towards detail
