This role is for you if you are an Administrator or Receptionist that has ideally worked in a Financial Advisory practice. You will benefit from joining a large team where you will receive support, exposure to an abundance of knowledge, access to a 'Learning and Development Programme', and due to growth plans, there will be opportunities to progress further within the business.

The Business

The business is well-established national financial services firm in multiple locations across the UK. The business is growing organically, as well as through acquisitions, hence the need to expand the support team. This position is based in the Halifax office

The Role

As a Receptionist, you will be the point of contact for colleagues and clients, both over the phone and in person. You'll be working closely with office managers to provide efficient, high-quality, and compliant service. During a typical day, you will be taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate, providing back-office support, corresponding with clients, and ensuring all administration is carried out in accordance with the business' procedures.
