Our client, a well-established legal firm based in Chester, is seeking a motivated and experienced Solicitor to join their thriving Private Client team. Hours: Monday-Friday - 37.5 hrs a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the full spectrum of private client work, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administrations, and Trusts, ensuring accurate and reliable representation of clients.
- Generate fee income and maintain control over time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection, in line with agreed targets.
- Play an active role in business development opportunities, both for the team and the firm.
- Provide supervision and support to colleagues, covering absence and holidays when needed.
- Participate in marketing activities to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
- Deliver exceptional client care, attending to clients both in person and over the phone with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Manage correspondence and document preparation through the case management system.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of client files in accordance with office procedures.
- Attend and actively participate in group meetings.
- Develop new work from existing clients and actively seek new clients for yourself and your colleagues.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to help promote the firm.

Experience & Education:
- Admitted as a solicitor or legal executive or equivalent.
- Possess experience and relevant qualifications within the Private Client field.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
