Our client is a friendly company in the Christchurch area who are seeking a new Accounts Manager / Service Charge Accountant in the local area.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- General banking
- Monitoring income and expenditure
- Raising invoices / credit control
- Preparation & submission of VAT returns
- Assisting with year end
- Reconciling client accounts and issuing annual budgets to clients
- Creation of Service Charge and Ground Rent demands, processing incoming payments
- Answering service charge queries
- Use of Quickbooks Online
Previous experience in property / service charges would be highly beneficial, but definitely not essential. You will need a good background in accounting, and previous experience Quickbooks would also be a great skill to have.
