Job Title: Lagger/Labourer
Location: South Elmsall
Salary: £11.44ph
Metalis are currently in partnership with a manufacturing company in WF9. Due to a healthy work order book, our client is looking to hire a skilled Lagger/Labourer on a 12-week temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Apply & secure insulating materials to various components and organise insulation materials to be issued to the production zones.
- Organises insulating materials to be available for application.
- Measures cuts and applies insulation.
- Secures insulation using tools/machinery.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge Requirements:
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing background would be an advantage.
- Will require experience of reading basic drawings and using basic manufacturing tools & techniques.
- Physical ability and stamina.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
Salary and Working Hours:
- Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Fridays 7am to 1pm.
- £11.44ph.
- 12 weeks temporary to permanent role.
