Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operation of Smart Data Products.
- Work closely with the internal technical team/external partners to ensure customer's needs are met.
- Supporting projects by understanding problems/gaps and delivering business requirements for Smart Data products that need to be delivered.
- Adding value for stakeholders by identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Creating collateral (such as Business Model Canvas, Investment Appraisals, Agile user stories) and continuously think about ways to suggest improvements to enhance project deliveries.
Experience
- UK Energy experience - Gas or Electricity
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile software development framework.
- Working with 3rd party providers to achieve desired outcomes
- Able to clearly document processes to suit business and technical audiences
- Ability to work flexibly when required.
- Experience working with Smart Metering data or DCC Adapter
- Experience collaborating with Solution Architects to ensure solutions devised meet the needs of the business
