The Role:

The purpose of Development Manager role is to deliver a cradle to grave development programme, to maximise the functionality and commercial opportunities.

The Development Manager role will report into the Head of Facilities and Projects. You will be responsible for building new dwellings or improving existing sites, managing and negotiating the acquisition, planning, design, and construction aspects of the company's development projects, from inception to successful handover. Other key duties of the role will be to developing high-level masterplans for existing locations, assembling and managing consultant teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.

The Development Surveyor will have:

  • Cradle to grave development experience
  • Extensive experience within front end development, and master planning of sites
  • Proven experience in assembling and managing consultant teams
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • MRICS qualification is highly desirable, however not essential
