Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner position:
- Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process and provide support to departments in preparing and submitting budget proposals.

Deliver accurate and timely financial forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for mitigation and improvement.

Continuously monitor performance against the budget, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
- P&L Management & Analysis

Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, evaluating financial performance against targets and delivering regular updates to key stakeholders.

Provide in-depth analysis on revenue, margins, and expenses, identifying areas for cost-saving and margin improvement.

Collaborate with department heads to understand and manage their financial performance, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Business Partnering

Act as a strategic advisor and trusted financial partner to department leaders, helping them understand financial implications and drive business performance.

Deliver insightful financial analysis and reports to senior management, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.

Support cross-functional teams by providing financial insights on projects, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Financial Reporting

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.

Deliver clear and concise financial information and performance metrics to senior management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Proven track record of partnering with non-financial teams to drive performance and influence decision-making.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial systems and competent Excel skills.
