We have the pleasure of exclusively supporting our long-standing client with the recruitment of a highly driven, and experienced FP&A Analyst.

Our successful client has grown from strength to strength in recent years, and they are now looking to bolster their Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, with this newly created role. This is your chance to join a high-performing team with seasoned professionals who support the organisation's on-going growth journey. The FP&A team plays a pivotal role in producing business intelligence reports and insights that drive key business decisions for the senior leadership team. In this role you will have regular contact with key senior stakeholders across this growing group.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modelling skills, with a solid understanding of FP&A processes, and proficiency in utilising Power BI and SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Analyse financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources using SQL to support financial analysis and reporting needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects as required.

Key Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling techniques and Excel skills.
  • Understanding of SQL and experience in querying databases for financial analysis.
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
