Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in full 360 recruitment processes
- Manage and grow your desk as your own business
- Deliver on our brand values across local and national marketplaces - with honest and open partnerships
- Business development through B2B sales calls and marketing campaigns
- Showcase entrepreneurial skills
- Resource candidates using a range of tools, methods and databases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills – both written & verbal
- Resilient with a strong drive to succeed
- Great organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Target driven - Financially motivated
- Team player with a good sense of humour
