Accounts Payable Clerk - Temporary to Permanent - Manchester (Hybrid) - Up to £28,000
IN2 Consult has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work wtih an excellent client of ours based in Manchester on a temporary to permanent basis. It will initially be temporary for 6 months and then convert onto a permanent contract.
Job Duties:
- Processing invoices and expense claims accurately and efficiently
- Matching purchase orders to invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and handling payment queries
- Assisting with month-end closing activities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Setting up new suppliers on the finance system
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable procedures
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
