We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of children and young people with Special Educational Needs
- Is aware of alternative methods of communication with those who struggle with barriers to communication and interaction
- Is able to effectively communicate with children, parents and the wider school community
- Is dedicated to working closely with pupils who require significant 1:1 support and is able to foster a relationship of trust
- Is Level 3 TA qualified or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
- Has the ability to work as part of a team but can also take initiative and work well independently
- Has patience, empathy and a positive attitude
