JOB TITLE: Temporary Sales Administrator - Immediate Start

LOCATION: Bridgwater

HOURLY RATE: up to £12.50 per hour

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am till 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for a temporary position where you can apply your multi-skilled customer service expertise? Our client, a reputable organisation based in Bridgwater, is seeking a Temporary Sales Administrator to support their dynamic team starting immediately for 6 - 8 weeks. If you have a proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team and independently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and book engineers and sending confirmation to customers
  • Monitor engineers travel and work activity and respond to any issues that arise
  • Process sales orders accurately through telephone and email
  • Handle data, ensuring all enquiries are processed accurately
  • Manage internal processes and customer forecasts as required
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries from initial contact to completion
  • Respond to and, where possible, resolve customer service issues or escalate problems to the correct level or appropriate contact
  • Support the Sales team by providing requested customer information such as sales literature, technical specifications, and appropriate certification details.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and multi-skilled customer service environment.
  • Ability to work proactively towards deadlines with limited direct supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with employees at all levels, as well as external customers and suppliers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with detailed information.
