SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Isle of Wight, PO31
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Senior Sales Negotiator: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to work for a premium brand with office is the Isle of Wight.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive premium property market.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
This role is based in the Isle of Wight and the ideal candidate will already be residing on the Island and have good local knowledge.
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of and residing on the Isle of Wight
- Full Driving License and car owner essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
