Administrator/Receptionist - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Administrator/Receptionist for our Automotive client based in Aylesbury.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Hours: 8am-6pm (1 Saturday in 3) ( 9am-1pm)

_Duties: _

  • To be the first point of contact for visitors
  • To ensure that the reception area remains tidy and that literature and forms are updated as necessary
  • Ordering parts
  • Generating invoices
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Responding to customer email enquires

_Requirements: _

  • Great attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills
