Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Extensive experience in preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Conducting and managing site surveys, feasibility studies, and project coordination
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction standards, and compliance processes
- Support senior technicians in resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with building regulations
- Leading teams in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring project alignment with building regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Previous experience in commercial projects
